当館が使用している予約管理システム「手間いらず」（手間いらず株式会社提供）への不正アクセスが確認されました。ご予約に伴いお預かりしたお客様の個人情報が、外部に漏洩した可能性があることが判明いたしました。
お客様には多大なるご迷惑とご心配をおかけしますことを、深くお詫び申し上げます。

■ 対象となるご予約
現時点で確認されている範囲では、以下の条件のいずれにも該当するご予約の一部について、予約者様宛に不審なメッセージが送信されていることが確認されております。

・2026年9月21日までにお申し込みいただいたご予約
・2026年9月21日以降のご宿泊（ご宿泊済みの方を含みます）
※当館公式サイトからのご予約に加え、各宿泊予約サイト経由のご予約も含まれます。

■ お客様へのお願い
ホテルサンデイズ奄美や宿泊予約サイトを名乗る不審な連絡（メール、SMS等）を受け取られた際は、次の点に十分ご注意ください。

・メッセージに記載されたURLやリンクを開かない
・クレジットカード情報や個人情報を入力しない
・不審なメッセージに返信しない
・メッセージの指示に従って支払いや送金を行わない
・ご予約内容の確認は、当館またはご利用の宿泊予約サイトの公式窓口へ直接お問い合わせいただく

万が一、不審なウェブサイトにクレジットカード情報等を入力された場合は、速やかにご利用のクレジットカード会社へご相談ください。
なお、本事象の原因となったシステムでは、クレジットカード情報を取り扱っておらず、保有もしておりません。

Important Notice: Unauthorized Access to a Third-Party Reservation Management System (Temairazu) and Suspicious Messages

Thank you for your continued patronage of Hotel Sundays Amami.

Unauthorized access has been confirmed to Temairazu, a reservation management system used by our hotel. As a result, personal information associated with some guest reservations may have been exposed to an unauthorized third party. We sincerely apologize for the concern and inconvenience this may cause.

■ Affected Reservations
Based on the information currently available, suspicious messages have been sent to some guests whose reservations meet both of the following conditions:

• The reservation was made on or before September 21, 2026.
• The stay is on or after September 21, 2026 (including guests who have already stayed with us).

*This includes reservations made through our official website as well as through online booking platforms.

■ What We Ask of Our Guests
If you receive an unexpected message claiming to be from Hotel Sundays Amami or a booking platform, whether by email, SMS, WhatsApp or another channel, please take the following precautions:

• Do not open any links in the message.
• Do not enter your credit card details or other personal information.
• Do not reply to the message.
• Do not make any payment or transfer money as instructed in the message.
• To verify your reservation, contact Hotel Sundays Amami through our official website, or contact your booking platform through its official support channel.

If you have entered your credit card information on a suspicious website, please contact your card issuer promptly. The Temairazu system involved in this incident does not process or store credit card information.
